Okinawa: 1,800 yen (tax included)

*Free shipping on orders of ¥3,980 (tax included) or more.

*Free shipping to Okinawa for orders over 10,000 yen (tax included).

●Is membership registration required?

No, you can purchase products without registering as a member. However, registering will make your future purchases smoother.

● How do I register as a member?

Please refer to the "Membership Registration" section in the User Guide.

●I would like to change the information I registered.

You can change your registration information from your My Page.

●Can I cancel or change my order?

Once your order is complete, we may not be able to accept changes or cancellations, even for items that have not yet been shipped. Also, please understand that we may not be able to respond to inquiries outside of business hours or on store holidays.

●Can I return or exchange the product?

Returns are accepted only for unopened and unused items, provided you contact us within 3 business days of receiving the product. We do not offer exchanges.

●There was a problem with the product I received.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you have received a defective product, an incorrect item, or any missing items, we will address the issue as quickly as possible. Please contact us at the email address below within 3 days of receiving your order.

● I haven't received the email.

We always send emails from our store, including order confirmation emails, shipping confirmation emails, and replies to inquiries. However, there are cases where emails do not reach customers due to their email settings or server errors.

If you are using a free email service or your provider's spam filter, emails from our store may be filtered into your spam folder. Especially with free email services, emails are often automatically filtered into folders such as promotions. Please check all your folders just in case.
